Viva La Vida

I used to rule the world
Seas would rise when I gave the word
Now in the morning I sweep alone
Sweep the streets I used to own

I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemies’ eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing:
"Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!"

One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

I hear Jerusalem bells a-ringing
Roman cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can’t explain
Once you know there was never
Never an honest word
That was when I ruled the world

It was a wicked and wild wind
Blew down the doors to let me in
Shattered windows and the sound of drums
People couldn’t believe what I’d become

Revolutionaries wait
For my head on a silver plate
Just a puppet on a lonely string
Oh, who would ever wanna be king?

I hear Jerusalem bells a-ringing
Roman cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can’t explain
I know St. Peter won’t call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world

Ohh…

Hear Jerusalem bells a-ringing
Roman cavalry choirs are singing
Be my mirror, my sword and shield
My missionaries in a foreign field
For some reason I can’t explain
I know St. Peter won’t call my name
Never an honest word
But that was when I ruled the world

Ooh…

Consist Song:
Viva la vida well-born in spayol, in English live life, live (your) life .
This song make me got stuck when I see the video , lyric and listen this song. Especially the song it’s made by cold play , and really like this song and this song almost “turn on” in Sport 7 and Lensa Olahraga , always on a beautiful goal or dramation situation player football can changes and it Tim become a Winner.
I like this song because this song motivated me if I in strees , I just need 1 minute to find the key. Revolution make me changes and my spirit its like a fire which have never extinguished.
This song consist that How was he was an exceptional ruler (seas would rise when i gave the word). But in the third row of the first paragraph says, he finally had to sweep the street he used to own, which I think is, there was practically that of which he was the most powerful man, he must be a 'sweeper', the lowly person.
I think the second paragraph tells of his rise to power. While the third paragraph is a story about how he finally fell. He seems to say that, when he had to decide something (one minute I held the key), but the decision was instead turned to attack him (next the walls were the resource persons closed to me), it was then that he realized his mistake, built his empire on the pillars of the foundation does not have any power (now I discovered that my castles stand upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand).
Declare a war and many calvary have gone and never come honnest world.
Reff was a story about the policies that he created. However, when everything has been running and not in accordance with an illustrated, the incumbent could not explain why he took the decision. In the end he admits, that when he came to power, none of the words that came out of his mouth is the truth.
I still think this song is sort of an overview of the revolution, when a leader to do things that are not wrong, and not caught the same community, these leaders will continue to do things that are not appropriate (yet nobody knows, thought the leader was ). However, there was a time when the public will know everything that made the leader. At that moment, the leader will regret that he take for granted in setting the leadership.

Well, well, for me anyway this song is also a lesson for us in doing everything. So I myself have said, that the lessons learned from this song is “Do not you ever ever build your castle of Life upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand”. That's according to me.

So for me this song is the story of the revolutionary period, the same as the origin of Chris Martin (the singer) ngambil title song (from a painting of the revolution).
